The Kronos Supreme is the coldwater version of the Kronos. The 1st stage is equipped with aenvironmental dry seal kit to prevent ice from forming in thefirst stage. The second stage received a mouthpiece lip shieldfor warmth in extreme cold. 1st STAGE • Over-balanced diaphragm designdelivers superior breathing performance even at increaseddepths The new Aqua Lung KRONOS is thefirst regulator to offer divers a combined adjuster for the injectionand the opening resistance alongwith a lateral bubble deflector.A diver should be able to enjoy theclearest view possible of the underwater scene when diving.During an exhalation, his view of the underwater marine life and hisbuddy divers may become obscured by a curtain of bubbles. The patented Side’X deflector of theKronos ejects the bubbles on just one side, leaving his field of visionclear. The Side’X is located on the hoseside of the second stage. Thisdesign allows the energy of theexhalation phase to be used toreheat the patented heat exchangersystem.The Kronos offers both an exceptional resistance to freezingand breathing performance approaching that of the Legend LX.Once again, the Kronos shows that at Aqua Lung breathing comfort is not considered optional.Between the venturi knob and thesensitivity adjustment it’s not alwaysquick and easy to find the best adjustment for your regulator. TheDual Cam of the Kronos makes the diver’s life easier.
