It all begins with the hull where we use premium structural components, including a vinylester barrier coat, the finest grade Cook CCP gel coat and numerous layers of 3610 biaxial glass mat, woven roving, core mat and more. Every single hull we construct is subjected to a burn test on the thru-hull cutouts to confirm the proper glass-to-resin ratio is achieved.
