Our hull bottom contains more than ten layers of 3610 biaxial glass mat. While there are other grades of glass mat that are not as strong, we opt to use the best.

There are numerous grades of stainless propeller shafting – 17, 18, 19 and higher. The Rampage 45 Convertible uses Aquamet 22 HS exclusively because it delivers higher strength while providing the best corrosion resistance.The rails are drilled and tapped into aluminum plates that are embedded into the deck laminate. Additionally, cleats are also thru-bolted and secured by backing plates that are built into the laminate structure. All penetrations through the deck are sealed with 3M 4000 UV.All connections are waterproof Deustch plugs.

The electric panels are housed in a cabinet in the salon for quick access. All connections are clearly coded for easy access and identification.Our sport fishing yachts feature 4 and 5-bladed Nibral CNC propellers.
