ceiling systems_2010.qxp:ceiling systems 26.05.2010 8:33 Uhr Seite 1 R&M Ceiling Systems Robust: R&M Ceiling Systems R&M offers three different types of ceiling systems. The first one is designed with an adjustment hook for assembly on board, whereas the second system is based on wall panel construction and its typical tongue-groove principle. In contrast, the third system features panels which are screwed to each other. All in all, the systems are impressive due to their robust design and easy assembly. Though each system uses standard widths, they can be manufactured and supplied in deviating dimensions so that cutting, if at all, is only required in inclined areas. However, during planning this work can be avoided with an ideal cut-up.

The ED35A ceiling system consists of a sheet metal half-tray filled with mineral wool. This design features low weight and a solid and stabilizing substructure. The prefabricated border profiles of the wall system provide additional strength without the need for top profiles. In larger rooms, the panels can be installed with center profiles. After the substructure is mounted, the panels are laid...
