What’s new by PROFURL?:

• W > 2 world races in the next 2 years!! Manual reeng systems: below the deck tting Profurl technical partner of Roland Jourdain and Véolia Environnement : After several months of development, Véolia Environnement of Roland Jourdain will participate in the new Barcelona World Race (a new two-handed, non stop, round the world race). As technical partner, Profurl was involved in the new technical developments undertaken and provided the whole set of stayfurlers and ying sails furlers systems (gennaker, solent jib, staysail). In addition to its new range of manual furling systems, Profurl is now able to provide below deck ttings for the following models: Cruising models: from C290 to C430 - Racing models: from R250 to R430. This type of tting offers an aesthethics solution and eases the operations with anchor. See page 16.> Besides the Barcelona World Race, Roland will also take part in the next Vendée Globe (2008 / 2009) for the third time.
