> What kind of fitting for my furling system?

PROFURL furling systems can be adapted to your boat’s conguration, not visa versa. PROFURL offers a wide range of ttings, a description of each tting conguration is listed below: Fitting with long link plates: Common standard with adjustment plates: > Type of terminals: toggle. > The drum can be lifted to avoid interference with the anchor and to reduce the sail chafe on the lifelines. > Type of marine terminal: eye and adjustment plates. A toggle between, the bottom end of the plates and the chainplate is required, to ensure longitudinal and lateral articulation. > Forestay length is still adjustable. > Drum mechanism is able to be lifted (e.g. in the case of bow roller). > Fitting without link plates is also possible; by the use of a toggle between the eye and the chainplate. Fitting with the turnbuckle cylinder: > The rigging screw is in the turnbuckle cylinder. > The furling line can be tted lower to the deck. > It is also possible to use a combination of a turnbuckle cylinder and long link plates. Below the deck tting : An aesthetic solution chosen by some boatbuilders (Bénéteau, X-Yacht). Please contact us for more information.
