DHS + AIRCROSS MECHANISM

issue Inadequate boat harness (backpack) and bladder system cause discomfort, excessive use of air, and potentially hazardous conditions

solution bio-control bcd
ON SHORE Direct harness system (DHS) attaches shoulder straps directly to the back pack. Tank is held closer for a more stable position and is less likely to drag the vest downward. The increased stability reduces back strain and makes walking with tank much easier. A thick solid plate with cushy lumbar pad increases back comfort as well as tank stability. IN THE WATER The average bcd does not distribute air properly. SOLUTION Even distribution of air is crucial for safety and comfort. Apollo's patented Aircross mechanism disperse air evenly around body. No more struggling or wasting air trying to keep yourself upright at the surface or in a stable position underwater. EVERYTHING MOVES Throughout a dive tank bands expland, neoprene suits compress, and weight of tank tends to pull you out of position. SOLUTION Our patented bio-tank lock is spring loaded to automatically compensate for band expansion. Waist buckle automatically adjusts for a snug and comfortable fit. All systems and features work together to make every dive effortless and fun.

enjoy your dive. Bio-control bcd has got your back!
Take control! Don't be a slave to your gear. The bc is an essential piece of gear. It holds your tank, helps you stay alfoat at the surface, as well as maintain depth during the dive. Most bcd's don't go beyond fulfilling these very basic requirements. Changing conditions during a dive often cause most other brand bcd's to move out of place, loosen at the waist, and even let go of your tank. The harness system on most brands utilize a shoulder strap to front vest attachment. The result is tank drag. To compensate for this sinking feeling divers often improperly tighten straps, hunch forward, and heft the whole system around searching for a comfortable position. Once in the water the standard harness continues to work against you by allowing the tanks weight to move the vest and you from side to side. So much energy and air is wasted on constant adjustment that you end up missing a lot of your dive. We believe your gear can and should make you more comfortable and safe on shore and in the water. Our patented Bio-tank lock, patented Aircross mechanism and Direct Harness System work together to ensure you are always comfortable. Whether you are trekking down to that shore dive, preparing to step off a boat, or cruising through the water this bcd is working to ensure your pack and tank are securely in place and that enjoying every moment in comfort.
