FINISHING SERVICES

Different finishing we could supply under requirement :

• Slicing at thickness required, plain sheets. We cut since 4 mm. till 400 mm.

• Simple grooving in one side.

• Simple grooving both sides.

• Double contour-cut one side.

• Double contour-cut both sides.

• SCRIM based (under request)*.

• Perforation (soon available)**.

• Kits pre-cutted (under request)***.

* We groove always at maximum depth possible in order to guarantee a safe delivery by transport of our material.

Scrim fabric leave shadows (watermarking) in the final sandwich (mainly hand laminated ones), that's why our standard simple grooved sheets didn't add Scrim. In case of need do not hesitate to ask for it when placing order.

** Perforation drains the resin through the core's thickness. Our standard grooved sheets always present a micro-perforation. So soon we would be available to increase hole diameters for more viscosity resins.

*** In large series we could pre- cut in kits the sheets of core material under request.
