® MRV. Advanced technologies and innovative engineering are combined to meet and exceedthe industry’s expectations for subsea construction and survey techniques.Sharing many of the robust technical features of the Triton
® XLS, the Triton
® MRV has a higher loadcarrying capability of 3,250 kg, which can be further increased by making use of the vehicle’s 7,000kgstructural load rating. Additional enhancements include expanded electrical and software interfaces,offering greater flexibility for the addition of more sensors, cameras and survey/navigational systems.
As standard, the vehicle is equipped with 100 HP of installed power driving 4 vertical and 4 large
diameter vectored horizontal thrusters. Other optional power management configurations can
be fitted upon request.Filling the niche for a highly compact but powerful vehicle is the Triton

SP

® SP, an extension of theSpartan product line, one of the most successful drill support vehicles developed in recent years.The Triton
® SP is depth rated to 2,000 meters and is supplied with a 100 HP electro-hydraulic powerunit (HPU) driving high performance thrusters; making it ideal for use in high-current or on long
lateral excursion operations. In addition to the basic vehicle, a comprehensive tooling interface
capability is included as standard. Typical applications for the vehicle include drill rig support,
seabed / pipeline survey, construction support, oilfield facility inspection, repair and maintenance
(IRM) and defense market applications. The vehicle can be deployed in conjunction with either a Tether Management System
Triton ® MRV working subsea ® for applicationin deep water, or via a soft umbilical for long excursion in shallow water.In common with the Triton
® XLS and Triton
® MRV products, telemetry and video are transmitted over one single-mode optical fiber, removing the need for bulky umbilical and tether cables.
The PC based control system offers state-of-the-art pilot displays and real time diagnostic features.
