MARINE HOIST: s meant for the handling of heavy

boats, both motor and sail, for dry docking and launching on two piers towards seaside.

Our production range includes marine equipment with a minimum hoisting capacity of 8 ton. up to a maximum of 1000 ton., also in the AMPHIBIOUS VERSION. Upon request, all ancillary accessories and adds-ups can be supplied, such as slewing jib crane for boats, "V"-shaped transversal beams for hauling sail boats [without having to disassembly the boat masts), special

steering options, weighing systems and control cabins.

FRAMEWORK:

consists of two rectangular frames

placed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the machine. They are transver-

sally connected by a girder, so as to form a "C" framed structure which is open at one hand.

CONTROLS: besides an emergency control marine board, our standard includes also a remote control which makes it possible to check all machine's movements.

TRAVELLING: the machine has 4 carrying wheels,

either single or twinned, depending on the machine's capacity. The

hydraulically controlled travelling system allows continuous and gradual

speed variations, thus smooth and precise movements.

BRAKING:

the machine is fitted both with an hydrostatic

service brake and with a disc parking brake of negative mechanic type.

STEERING: our standard includes a corrected turn steering on all the driving wheels slewing on thrust marine bearings, this makes it

possible for the machine to put the concentric wheels around a fix point. Upon request we can supply also only 2 marine steering wheels. We can also give you an integral system so as to have various conditions, as for example the 90° steering, the crab-steering and the "carousel" steering.

LIFTING: is achieved via mono-layer winches for boats that can be operated together or independently. The load limiting device is included as a standard. The winches' hydraulic system guarantees proportional speeds and includes a descent control valve named COUNTER-BALANCE pivoted by the oil pressure feeding the descent hydraulic motor.

The blocks for boats of the winches are either fixed or moving along the longitudinal direction, depending on the different models and on the Customer's specific needs.

The full set of polyester lifting belts for boats is supplied with safety factor of 7:1.
