Service and maintenance 5 year guarantee

Ørsta Marina Systems AS is establishing a service concept where travelling service technicians offer expert servicing of marinas, plus spare parts, auxiliary equipment and other services. Detecting faults, defects, wear and tear, and defective parts before damage occurs prolongs a marina's lifetime. Regular servicing and maintenance also fulfil the conditions for our 5 year guarantee. Marina owners also want their marinas to look shipshape and, not least, be safe. It has been our experience that – due to varying user solutions for mooring, boat ropes and fenders for boats – many marinas tend to look less neat. Our service technicians can therefore provide standarized auxillary equipments as well as advice concerning this use. Ørsta Marina Systems AS offers a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing defects on steel parts, hinges, and floats for equipment used within their areas of application (ref. table on page 18). Any compensation is limited upwards to the individual part's value according to our standard sales and delivery terms and conditions. The guarantee assumes regular servicing and immediate replacement of damaged or worn parts. Our subcontractors' products have their own guarantees. In the case of con-crete pontoons, a 3 year guarantee against manufacturing defects applies (Norwegian Standard).

We can arrange financing of up to 85% of the contract value with guarantees.
