PARACHUTE ANCHORS & DROGUES
Para Anchors
Essential items for any vessel travelling a distance
offshore, they can be used in conjunction with eachother.
A Para Anchor is intended to provide enough power
to hold the bow of a vessel head to wind in the worst
storm conditions. Deployed from the bow of a boat it
greatly reduces the risk of broaching, capsizing or rolling,
providing a more sturdy and comfortable voyage.

Drogues
A Para Drogue is deployed from the stern and designed
to provide greater control, vary the speed of the vessel
and improve directional stability downwind.
Para Drogues Features
• Allows greater control in rough seas
• Can be rigged and used as an emergency steering device
• Prevents towed vessels overtaking
• The tandem drogue is a 2 unit system designed to interact
with eachother maintaining an even and positive drag on the
stern of the vessel
• Comes complete with a stowage bag.
