15 > ]. The center line cleat allows you to adjust the length of your front lines. Pulling the loose end will shorten the front lines and reduce the power in the boat kite. Un-cleating the line and allowing the stopper knot to rest against the cleat will offer you maximum power. To make the cleat work, you must have a firm grasp of the loose end, and pull up and away to free the line. When re-cleating the line you must position the line into the cleats teeth for holding power. Use the Velcro on the end of the center line and next to the cleat to control the loose end of center line [ 12 > ] [ 13 > ] [ 14 > ].
