The Sliding Stopper also reduces wear on the depower lines. and the new Stop-per Ball The 2008 NKB bars feature a newly de- signed elongated center hole for less wear on lines and bar. The new hole design reduces depower line friction to a minimum for effortless steering. The central position of the depower line makes it easier to reposition the bar after rotations. Micro Hook permit you to adjust the depower lines on the water. Particularly in light wind conditions you will be more comfortable if you do not have to constantly hold the weight of the bar. The new is integrated into the IronHeart.

micro hook / micro loop

The Micro Hook system allows a new way of riding with the North bars permanently hooked in. This setup transfers a larger percentage of the load to the harness and reduces arm fatigue. To connect or disconnect, pull the bar towards you and twist it. The new Fix Loop is fitted at an angle that makes accidental hooking impossible. The new construction with Dynema line inside the loop is more resistant and durable. In case of emergency simply pull the quick release mechanism at the IronHeart and the kite will depower. The new Free Sliding Stopper is easy to operate with one hand.
Caution: since this system is able to reduce the kites maximum depower, it should only be used on the water and at a safe distance from dangerous objects. The

The new NKB chickenloop can be re- leased in emergency situations. The new reworked design reduces release forces to less than 7 kg at a load of 200 kg, which makes the system easy to operate and reliable in any emergency situation. The new and lighter design also facilitates fast and easy reassembling.
