Contains U/V inhibitors for added protection. Fast drying and nongreasy film. Primary use is for open grained timbers/decks where a temporary “natural” wet look is desired without the cumulative effect of build-up coats being produced which would involve eventual stripping. Light amber 9-12sq. metres per litre per coat (subject to timber porosity) DRYING TIME: Touch dry: 1 hour at 20 degrees C and 50% relative humidity Multiple coats can be used providing that they are all applied in a wet on wet fashion. Once drying commences further coats will only be deposited on top of the previous layer and thus produce a “varnish like” film. When the natural honey coloured timber is produced a liberal wash down with Acetone or Methylated Spirits on clean rags is recommended to (a) remove the sanding dust and (b) to produce a dry, oil-free, porous state of timber that will increase the penetration of the Norglass Premium Timber Oil.
