Characterized by high strength, non-shrinking, low sag, resistance to chemicals and excellent adhesion to timber, metals, concrete, fibreglass and other materials. For filling gaps, holes and imperfections in most surfaces. Suitable in areas subject to long periods of water immersion. Ideal for repairing dings in Fibreglass and does not have to be coated over. White (when mixed) Low gloss to flat, depending on application 1 mixed litre = 1000 cubic centimeters DRYING TIME: Hard cure 24 hours. Full cure 7 days May be painted over in 12 hours MIXING RATIO: 2:1 (base to hardener) by volume VOLUME SOLIDS: FLASH POINT: NORGLASS EPOXY THINNER (insoluble once cured before settling occurs).

NORFILL EPOXY FILLER A clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free surface is required for maximum adhesion. Place two equal parts of base and one equal part of hardener onto a flat board and mix thoroughly, until all traces of streaking are gone. Apply with knife or spatula. The surface can be smoothed off by lightly wetting the knife with water or Acetone (1 hour after application). Do not overfill as this product does not shrink when cured.
