NAUTIX A1 contains an optimum level of derivated copperthiocyanate for the best efficiency : low corrosion risk exceptin case of bad aluminium protection. A1 must be applied overthe appropriated aluminium pretective marine primer. Control regular-ly the protection. Recommended primers : Nautix Acralu (1coat) + Nautix PA (5 coats) or Nautix Acralu (1 coat) + Nautix epoxy (5 coats).

NAUTIX A2 self-polishing antifouling for aluminium hulls does not contain any copper based ingredient. This product is effi-cient against grass and sea-weeds. Its efficiency against bio-fouling (barnacles...) is not as high as that of the A1. When a sufficient thickness isapplied, the A2 allows you to clean the hull without causingdamage to the primer protecting the aluminium.
