| • Always store your sail rolled and dry in the sail bag. This will prevent the sail from being crushed or creased. • Rinsing your rig with fresh water before storage will prolong the life of the sail. Do not use solvents or chemicals to clean the sail. If it becomes dirty, clean it using fresh water and mild soap. • When storing the sail for long periods of time, loosen the tension of the battens. • Do not leave the sail exposed to direct sunlight - this will weaken the sail materials. • If your sail is damaged, have it repaired by a qualified sailmaker before continuing use. |
