Designing a Moonen

Every good shipyard has strict criteria for its naval architecture and design. At Moonen we want our clients to be safe, comforted, and happy—to get to their cruising destinations in a state of grace, not stress. So the most vital qualities we design into our marine yachts are seakeeping, maneuverability, stability, silence, and the essential parameters of contentment. It is important to remember, however, that we will build these same qualities into any client’s vessel, whether of our own design or someone else’s. Our goal in either case for boat is to build a little ship of timeless beauty and freshness, reflecting the client’s personality.
