It should be considereda permanent part of your Moomba boat and contains important information on Safety, Boating Rules, Proper Operation and Maintenance of your boat. Should the boat be sold, this manual will provide the same important information to the next owner.Be sure to read and understand all aspects of Boating Safety and Operation before using yourboat.
