Production Protocol Our work-intensive process of building your Montereyincludes a 4 oz. vinylester skin coat on the hull; 90 mils of SprayCore 2000; laying the bulk laminate; installing the stringers and flooring; and finally adding foam, which not only offers floatation but also sound dampening characteristics.

Rollover Deck Dollies We use rollover deck dollies that pull the hulls and decks out of the molds at multiple, strategic points… reducing the stress significantly and maintaining the integrity of each mold.

Water Testing We water test our models in one of ourfour state-of-the-art water test tanks, in our multi-acre lake and at our R & D facility. Quality Testing Our multi-stage program allows us tothoroughly test raw material specifications; gel coat thickness; fuel, water, gauges and electrical systems; water leakage; and carbon monoxide detection. Exceeding Requirements The Coast Guard requires all boats 21 feet and underto be unsinkable by law. Our team takes this a step further by infusing added foam into all of our models, including boats over 21 feet in length.
