Marina Utility Building

These utility buildings were originally designed for the Anchor for boat Marina on the Palm 1 in Dubai. They serve as maintenance buildings for the marina but they also have public washing facilities and boat toilets. The facades are white fiber cement plaster with wooden and sandblasted glass details.
