After 18 months of extensive research and development,Manson is proud to announce the next generation in anchor technology: The Manson Supreme. The Supreme is a high holding, fast setting fixed shank anchor. Its added design feature of a dual slotted shank enables all purpose anchoring in rock and sand seabed types.

Very quick to set the Ray anchoris well suited to rapid deployment and 'no fuss' anchoring. It’s especially useful when anchoring in crowded anchorages when limited space is a factor. It performs best when anchoring in sand and mud and usually sets in just the length of the anchor itself. All Ray anchors are made from steel plate and are fabricated not cast to enable exact measurements and slight design modifications. Fabrication also enables a consistent quality of steel used in the manufacturing process.

Dual Shank Anchoring: the twin slots on the anchorshank enable use in all seabed types. When anchoring in rocky or coral situations, switching the anchor rode onto the rock-slot means that if the anchor becomes lodged or jammed, the shackle can slide to the front of the anchor and simply lift forward. This removes the necessity to use a trip-line which can tangle or to change anchors. Plough Anchors have been used and proven extensively across the world for the last seventy years. The Manson Plough offers fantastic all round anchoring in a variety of seabed conditions. With hinged shanks, which improve the scope of movement of the chain and a weighted tip, Ploughs deliver secure holding in sand, weeds and mud. A Manson Plough will quickly reset in strong wind or current shifts. The stronger the pull the deeper it digs. Super High Holding Power: because the Supremeuses a roll bar to self right instead of a heavily leaded tip, weight can be redistributed into the load-bearing fluke of the anchor. This increased surface area equates to a much higher holding power. The anchor has been surveyed by Lloyds Register of Shipping and is certified as a Super High Holding Power Anchor. The Supreme was the first production anchor in the world to receive this status and certification. Immediate Set: the combination of the Spear Head andthe wing tips combine to make this anchor set immediately in all ground types. Typically it will be load bearing in only the length of the anchor itself. The sharpened point on the spearhead means it will cut through weed and grass, normally the most difficult seabed type to anchor in.

Manufactured from Mild Steel plate, these anchors perform exceptionally well on larger vessels. Traditionally stowed on either side of the bow, these anchors are kept in one of the most visible parts on any vessel. Manson Kedge anchors are classed as HHP (High Holding Power) anchors by Lloyds and have been tested all around the World. They have special flukes and tips which work to offer exceptional holding in a variety of conditions. .

Manson Sand anchors area cost effective anchoring solution best suited to day or lunch pick anchoring. The anchor can lie flat to enable easier stowage and will work on all seabed types. The SandAnchor is a quick setting anchorand has been successfully used by fishermen and boaties for many years.
