Guarantee has to be activated before 7 (seven) days from purchase Serial Number is located on central struts (bladder) between the inflate/deflate valvles The guarantee is reserved for the first buyer. SERIAL NUMBER ………………. The guarantee provides two types of coverage: GUARANTEE A) Guarantee (A) is valid from the moment of purchase and expires the first time the kite is flown. Guarantee (A) covers the flaws of production caused by the malpractice or negligence of the manufacturer. This guarantee envisages the replacement of the part with the same part and/or if unavailable with another part to be agreed on by the parties. Guarantee (A) does not cover damage during transportation. GUARANTEE B) Guarantee (B) comes into effect the first time the kite is flown. This guarantee covers what may occur during the normal use of the equipment. Normal use of the equipment is understood to mean navigation in open water far from rocks (visible above the surface or submerged), from the coast (beach, etc), from boats, ships or other vessels, and any other obstacle, and in particular flying the kite in the air. The guarantee does not cover: - the normal wear of the single parts of the Kite. - the kite hitting obstacles and any consequent damage - the structural bladders - damage caused by over-inflating or under-inflating the bladders - damage caused by continuous exposure to the sun and/or low temperatures. - the improper use of the kite: everything and anything which is not considered normal use of the equipment. In particular: starting off and returning to the beach and dragging the kite over rocks and/or other surfaces crashing the kite on rocks and/or other obstacles damage to the kite caused by impacts after dropping the same and intensive use damage to the kite caused by the fifth line or use of the same use of the kite for sports other than kitesurf Warning: The construction of the Kiteloose Kites is designed and realised to be resistant to hard impacts. This does not mean that repeatedly dropping or crashing the kite, landing and launching where there are rocks won’t break the kite in time. The guarantee doesn’t cover breakages caused by attempted extreme manoeuvres.
