HELM The helm station is to starboard with room for optional electronics. A single Stidd chair is standard for the “galley-up” and two Stidd chairs are standard for the “galley-down” layout. The helm is a vertical 24” stainless steel / teak destroyer steering wheel. Complete engine for boats instrumentation including key switch and interlocked alarm for boats. Electronic remote control for throttle, shift and steering (fly-by-wire). Volvo Penta IPS joystick. Trim tabs and anchor for boat controls are located on the starboard side. One 12-volt outlet is located at the helm. An electronics riser designed to carry a 15” screen is located at the helm to accommodate owner’s choice of electronics. A Ritchie 5” binnacle compass is standard with all designs and is calibrated and swung upon commissioning.
