COCKPIT SOLE HATCH The cockpit sole is one large opening hatch that is operated electrically with an emergency manual override. The hatch is hinged at the aft most edge. When open there is total access to the pod drives and large lazarette space. SAILBOAT ANCHOR LOCKER AND HATCHES Anchor locker is split into two cavities for extra rode stowage. Each area drains to a common 1 ½” drain that exits overboard. Twin hatches have stainless steel marine hinges and chromed bronze marine latches and PVC wire stays. Both lids have gaskets to inhibit water intrusion.VERTICAL WINDLASS Heavy duty, 12 volt marine windlass with capstan and hawse pipe to anchor locker includes foot marine switches on foredeck and at helm. DECK HATCHES Six Bomar hatches with black tinted plexiglass and polished aluminum frames have multi-position locking mechanism to open in any position. Hatches are located in the master and guest staterooms, head, shower and 2 in the salon and all have screens for boats. PORT MARINE LIGHTS Four large and three small polished stainless steel opening ports with screens.

INTERIOR

GENERAL Interior is finished in cherry. Cabin sole is satin varnished teak. Cabinet, locker, drawer faces and bulkheads are wood. Positive catch hardware on all marine doors and drawers. All interior trim is finished in satin finish. Grab rail at the companionway. Joinery styling details are to be determined at this writing. Two doors are standard located at the helm and on centerline at the aft end of the salon. Twelve 110 volt AC, 15 amp receptacles with GFI line protection; two regular in owner’s stateroom, two in guest cabin, one GFI in head, two regular in the galley, four in the salon and one GFI receptacle in the engine for boat room. INTERIOR LIGHTS Six brass or chrome reading lights; two in the owner’s stateroom, two in the main salon and two in the guest stateroom. Fifteen overhead lights; six in the main salon with dimmer, three in the owner’s stateroom, one in the guest stateroom, two in the head, two in the galley and one in the hallway.Eleven courtesy LED lights at the stairs, staterooms, head, guest cabin and main salon.
