Our assembly process is structured and monitored closely. Hardware is through bolted using 31BSS fasteners. All screws, washers, nuts, and bolts are 316 stainless. This helps to reduce "bleeding"ofhard-ware. Lid openings are preciselycutwith a template and routersystem. This ensures properfitforreplacementparts ifneeded in the future. All ofourboats have close cell foam flotation exceeding USCG regulations. We even foam fill our 20 footand large models, making ourentire line unsinkable, even when damaged.
