GENERAL INFORMATION Jason series FM400HD-01, is a single flow path marine water fire fighting monitor, designed for marine applications, such as Fire Fighting Vessels, Supply Vessels and Ocean going Tugs. It is part of a modular design concept for monitors that covers units with manual, electric hydraulic and which may be fitted with various nozzles for water and foam. MAIN DATA Model: FM400HD-01 Type: Single flow path long barrel water monitor with electric hydraulic remote control. Straight jet type water nozzle with jet deflector. Operation : Electric joy-stick remote control. Two hand wheels for back up control. (Hand wheels to be disengaged in remote control mode). Materials: All "wet parts” in cast bronze and high grade stainless steel; gear housing in cast iron. Jason make split type ball bearing system in high grade carbon steel, heat treated. Teflon/carbon composite water seals. Swivel gear: Worm and wheel type, sealed and greased for life Remote control: Electric hydraulic control system with low speed/high torque hydraulic motors.
