Abrasion Resistant Aluminium Pure Epoxy PRODUCT DESCRIPTION INTENDED USES PRODUCT INFORMATION A light coloured, abrasion resistant, aluminium pure epoxy coating giving excellent long term anticorrosive protection and low temperature application capability. A universal primer which can be applied directly to mechanically prepared shop primer or suitably prepared bare steel. Suitable for use with controlled cathodic protection. For use at Newbuilding or Maintenance & Repair. Intershield 300 may be overcoated with Intersleek 737 at 0°C, the minimum interval being 12 hours and the maximum 30 hours. Intershield 300 may be overcoated with Intersleek 731 above 20°C. At 20°C, the minimum interval being 5 hours and the maximum When overcoating with Interbond 201 or Interbond 501, referto the Intergard 740 data. Interthane 990 may be used on boottop areas at reduced overcoating intervals. Consult International Paint. Interfine 691 is currently only available in Europe. Abrasion Resistant Aluminium Pure Epoxy Airless Spray Work Stoppages and Cleanup Material is supplied in two containers as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied. Once the unit has been mixed it must be used within the working pot life specified. (1) Agitate Base (Part A) with a power agitator. (2) Combine entire contents of Curing Agent (Part B) with Base (Part A) and mix thoroughly with power agitator. Use International GTA220 only in exceptional circumstances.
