The MP-G brings the cruising yachtsmana purpose-designed and proven option forsailing in light airs. The designincorporates a bi-radial construction,making full use of the strong warpcharacteristics of top quality nylon for maximum strength and retention of shape.

The MP-G is designed for use in light to medium airs (0 -12 knots) and apparent wind angles of 30 - 90 degrees.It improves light air performance and compliments thesmall inventory of the cruising yacht - mainsail, furlinggenoa and perhaps MP-S. When the furling genoa is toosmall and heavy, the MP-G provides light air power andkeeps the boat moving.The MP-G is set flying so there is no need to remove thefurling genoa. Nylon construction together with a nonstretch luff rope, makes it particularly easy to handle; italso means that the MP-G takes up minimal storagespace.No specialised or costly equipment is needed - just ahalyard and sheets.An MP-G can be made in any of the usual nylon coloursto the layout of your choice, subject to the limitations ofpanel configuration. An approximate guide to clothweights is :up to 45 ft overall - 1.5 oz55 ft and above - 2.2. ozAsk about a luff wire and combined furling gear tosimply roll the sail up around its own luff and stow thesail rolled.
