www.hatterasyachts.com FB 65 • AM/FM audio access with local DVD/CD changer and a one-touch master universal remote with RF control• Two flush-mounted Boston Acoustics speakers with independent volume controls in each crew stateroom • Two six-ton compressors ganged in one frame and located forward in engine room• Each compressor has “soft starting” control to prevent excess current during starting, thereby eliminating shoreline or marine generator overloads or brown-outs• Compressors automatically staged in order to balance operating time of each unit• Compressors individually controlled and wired in groups for connection to different sources as required or desired for efficient total boat load management• Seawater pump provides water for compressor heat exchangers• Supplementary heaters installed in air stream of each stateroom/head air handler and controlled by compartment’s thermostat to allow heating when system’s conditioned water is in cooling mode

Electrical System

Insulation • Two 40kW Electronic Quiet Diesel Onan generators, (Marlin Series) 240-volt 60Hz single-phase 1800 RPM with main circuit breaker and 24-volt DC cranking and controls• Generator AC output main circuit breaker adjacent at each set• Starting at the main AC switching panel and/or at the remote metering panel• Freshwater cooled• Mufflers, hour meters, fuel/water separators, sound shields, oil pressure, and water temperature gauges• Exhaust water/gases separator; water exits through-hull bottom and cooled exhaust gases are discharged out side near waterline• Automatic AC power disconnect switch (starboard only) for use of bow thruster • Bulkheads, overheads and hullsides of living spaces treated with sound- dampening acoustical material• Forward engine room bulkhead composite construction using PVC foam core; engine room side treated with sound absorbing material made of acoustical fiberglass rigid boards, 3/8” thick, faced with aluminized fabric, covered with perforated aluminum with 51% open area; accommodation side of forward engine room bulkhead treated with two layers of sound absorbers consisting of 1/2” aluminized mylar clad 2 pound per cubic foot foam per layer, third layer is one pound per square foot lead- free, loaded vinyl covered with plywood; aft engine room bulkhead with adjoining accommodations is composite construction using PVC foam core Generators (D) Oil Change System • Two 110-volt AC oil change pumps, one for fresh oil and one for waste oil• Manual multi-port oil change manifold selectable for all main engines, gensets and marine gears• Manifold bypass system selectable for any combination of engine, genset, marine gear, oil storage tank or dockside for filling and extraction of oil• All oil lines fire-resistant SAE J 1942/1 listed Shore Power • Two 100-amp 240-volt single phase retractable shore cords (75 feet each) fitted with wireless remote control for cablemasters, pin and sleeve connectors Wiring • Hatteras specified 120/240-volt AC and 24-volt DC ship’s service power wiring• U.L. 1426 listed boat cable multi-strand, tin coated• Hatteras specified wiring (antenna cable, television coax, stereo CD player to stereo receiver jumper cable, etc.) • SSB radio ground screen laminated in cabin top Compressed Air System • 3.5 hp 120-volt AC 175 max PSI compressor with receiver tank Requirements: • Kahlenberg triple trumpet air horns• Power-assist steering system reservoir charging• Miscellaneous machinery space use• Compressed air system with remote air/electric solenoid valve, remote air line with safety nozzle, air chuck, adjustable regulator and retractable air hose reel (engine room) Fire Control System 240-Volt AC System Engine Room: • AC switching panel to switch sources of power (two 240-volt generators and two 240-volt shorelines) to various circuit breaker distribution panels• Panel equipped with voltmeter, ammeters, and frequency meter to monitor system• Includes fuses, magnetic circuit breakers, and switches• Two 100-amp/25 kVA shoreline polarization transformers tapped for voltage selection by switches in AC switching panel• Distribution panels with magnetic circuit breakers throughout for 120/240-volt service• Eight art illumination fixtures • Single 240-pound (160-pound fill) FM-200 cylinders with pneumatically controlled discharge head• Audible and visual discharge signals• Pressure actuated 24-volt DC switches • Single remote jet-type discharge nozzle centrally located in engine room• Single remote automatic heat- actuated pneumatic sensor• Remote manual cable actuated release in pilothouse and in crew area• Discharge delay• All lines fire-resistant SAE J 1942/1 • Electronics locker and additional equipment spaces• Portable extinguishers located in all living areas and machinery spaces• Portable “drychem” and fire extinguishers U.L. approved type in compliance with United States Coast Guard and ABYC standards• Smoke detector/heat sensor in each area • Relay connected emergency lighting operates on 120-volt AC unless power is off, then reverts to 24-volt DC Centerline stainless-steel anchor hawser with anchor chute and heavy-duty chain stop and stainless-steel mooring bitts• Deck mounted foot-type control switches• Polished oversized stainless-steel anchor chafe plate Phone Jacks • One waterproof combination TV/telephone inlet• Wiring from inlet to central distribution boat terminal block; additional wiring to each compartment to each telephone outlet Stabilizers Television & Stereo • Naiad 302 Multi-Sea 2000 Series electronic/hydraulic with 9-square-foot fins• Hydraulically driven with dual pumps, one per engine for backup redundancy • Televisions receive signals from shoreline cable connection (combined with telephone) and on-board omni-directional television antenna; switch provided to select between sources, as well as wiring from selector switch to central connection point, where signal is amplified and distributed to each television; on-board antenna also used for FM radio reception and is connected to salon stereo Bow Marine thruster • American Bow Thruster 16” 45 hp “TRAC” system with twin counter- rotating propellers• Hydraulically driven using starboard generator with power take-off unit
