Design Performance Features

•Output range < 0.5 to 2.0 gal / min (2 to 8 liters / min) GlasCraft’s fluid pumps are 200% to 400% larger than the competition. GlasCraft pumps cycle 50% to 75% less than the competition. The large size of GlasCraft’s fluid pumps means that the same amount ofmaterial is pumped using less pump cycles, with less wear and tear on the seals, and resulting in less maintenance and machine downtime than the competition. Advantages of a larger fluid section that impact both performance and yourpocketbook are:•Fewer stroke changes results in less stress and wear on pump seals. Modular High Efficiency Boat heaters

The Guardian IP-series is equipped with high-efficiency heaters that are designed to deliver fast, accurate and continuous heat to the material at maximum flow rate. The fluid passage in the heater provides for extendeddwell time, thus achieving the maximum ∆ T levels.The Guardian IP-series are outfitted with modular heaters, allowing you to order the heat capacity needed foryour specific process or material. The Guardian A5 IP can be ordered with a 3000 or 6000 watt primary heater package. The Guardian A6 IP can be ordered with a 6000 or 12,000 watt configuration.The ISO & Poly heaters have independent solid state LED controllers, so different temperature settings can beselected for the materials.
