The Rider X returns in 2006 as a power oriented board that performs on the Formula One level but is delivered on a kiteboarder's budget. Gaastra blended the success of the 2005 Rider X with high performance construction engineering that livens up the board feel and delivers rider confidence for the most radical maneuvers.

Updated outlines and flex patterns reflect the most progressive kiteboard shaping trends and position the Rider Xasa top industry competitor. A high density foam core is shaved down to a minimum to save weight and tune in flex while not compromising on strength and durability.
