Allows plotting a route to- ward a manual cursor posi- tion, desired marker, port, nearest port service or specified position (lat/lon). GOTO ? Navigation mode:Deletes the current route. CLR ? PAGE ENTER ZOOM+/ZOOM- Selects the chart range. Keyboard KEYBOARD ? Switches the GEONAVon / off.? Allows adjusting thescreen backlight.? Allows adjusting thescreen contrast. PWR ?Moves the manual cur-sor across the screen.?Allows switching fromNavigation mode to Cur- sor mode.?Allows selecting fromthe options in the menu /submenu.?At start-up, allowsadjusting the screen con- trast. CURSOR ? Cursor mode:Deletes the last waypoint or the marker pointed by the cursor. 16 Diagnostic NOTE PWR WARNING: The GEONAV features a diagnostic program to verify its cor-rect performance, once installed, and detect problems that may occur during the use of the unit. To access the diagnostic program, hold the DIAGNOSTIC : In case of damaged cartridge or abnormal power spikes, the unit might lock,requiring a power shutdown to restart.
