Engineering develops the design data using CAD systemsand several proprietary computer programs to optimize the spar system. The manufacturing team then fabricates the spars in conjunction with a multilevel quality control system. The spar systems are finished using Awlgrip marine coatings, then assembledusing the high quality components that our customers demand. After passing the final inspection,the spars are packaged to be shipped anywhere in the world.The result of the process is superior reliability and function for the offshore sailor.
