Characteristics: - Easy application - Fast drying, 3-4 times faster than other glues - Foaming penetration properties to fill voids - High bond strength - Water resistance; D4 (DIN EN 204) - Can be used on damp timber Applications: Bonding of all types of timber and timber components. Suitable for use on hardwoods (oak, teak & other exotic timbers). Bonding MDF, particle board, formica and veneers. Suitable for bonding composite sandwich panels, insulation materials and as a construction adhesive in carpentry. Packaging: Colour - Honey Packaging – 750 gm bottle Page 1 of 1 Polyurethane Without Solvent Liquid Moisture Cure 30 Minutes 1-2 Hrs 1Kg/cm2 1.1g/mL 100% to D4 (DIN EN 204) -30°C to 100°C > 10 N/mm2 95% Ca. 150mL/m2 Shelf life: 36 months. In unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place a t temperatures between +5°C and +25°. Do not expose to frost Surfaces: State of Surface: clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Preparation: slight moistening of the surfaces improves the curing rate and gap filling properties. We recommend a preliminary compatibility test. Application of Adhesive: Apply adhesive with a brush or an adhesive comb, join substrates and clamp for between 1-2 Hrs depending on environmetal conditions. Application temperature: +5°C t0 35°C Clean: Methylated Spirits or an alcohol cleaner Health- and Safety Recommendation: Apply the usual industrial hygiene. Wear gloves . Safety Glasses.
