What a year it has been with the launch of the highly acclaimed Targa 47 GRAN TURISMO , Targa 52 GRAN TURISMO and Squadron 66 models and the Management Team’s purchase of the Company. These events, coupled with the introduction of Lean Manufacturing techniques, new market opportunities and the launch of a new apprenticeship scheme, will ensure that Fairline is better placed to move forward than at any time in its nigh 40 year history.As you page through the brochure, you will see our continued commitment to the ongoing development of existing and new products throughout our range. The Targa 38 which will be launched during 2006, underlines Fairline’s commitment to maintaining its presence in the all important sub-40 foot market, and developments currently on the drawing board will ensure that the Fairline brand remains the brand of choice in the 30 to 75 foot market.We are ever conscious of the significant investment being made in our products by our customers and dealerships alike, both factors being important in our evolutionary design philosophy. After all, who would feel comfortable with investing significantly in style alone only to find it outdated by the passing of time?Our dealerships too are a key part of our strength and their aggregate time with the Fairline brand spans 300 years, testimony to the strengths of the brand, the dealership and the relationship; all factors that ultimately provide security when purchasing a Fairline product.We recently conducted an independent survey amongst 200 boating customers, selected at random throughout the world, some of whom were currently Fairline owners and others not. Their top five Fairline attributes were considered to be – exterior design, quality of the delivered product, its ability to hold value, its reliability and its interior design and layout.With these attributes, a venerable history, a dealer network that is second to none, a committed and trained workforce, continued commitment to new product development allied to the latest manufacturing techniques and a loyal, growing customer base – we will continue from strength to strength. >
