Introduction The roots of the D-Fantastica project are inspired by the desire to get a more efficient and powerful hull. Optimist The Optimist is a small, single-handed sailing dinghy intended for use by children up to the age of 15. It is one of the most popular sailing dinghies in the world, with over 150,000 boats officially registered with the class. Our D-Opti hull design was created from 3D digital model, which gave Optimist us chance to make final moulds by CNC.
