| | | Fast, stable and comfortable Each float, with 80 litres of buoyancy, provides the same righting moment as an adult on a trapeze. This allows the boats to carry more sail on a narrow planing hull and achieve planing speeds more quickly. Beginners will enjoy a boat capable of picking up speed in light wind whilst being stable and easy to control. The dry and compfortable sitting position allows for long sailing treks. Experienced sailors will enjoy planing sensations similar to a skiff but with a much shorter learning curve, thanks to the furling gennaker. Two versions The Astus 14.1 comes in two versions: the standard version with a6 m2 mainsail and the Sport version with an 8 m2 mainsail and a 7 m2 furling gennaker with bowsprit.
