PRICE LIST The price list distributed from A.ST.I.M. S.r.l., it is the only valid document as price list: bringing the official prices of all the products of PEGASO family. Such document also reassumes the principal characteristics for every product, the general policy statements and the general considerations, that concern PEGASO technology. A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. and its partner commercial policy is to use only one public price list. We please recommend you to let us know of price list that present different prices and different commercial treatment. The price list distribuited from A.ST.I.M. S.r.l., it is a non contractual document. Prices and products can be review any time without notice. Possible typographic errors into the catalogue will not involve A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. responsibility. NEW FORNITURE DESCRIPTION The products will be considered new and in condition to be sold once they have been tested by the Company employers (or A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. authorised agent or partners), before the delivery at the buyer. PRODUCT WARRANTY The items merchandise and/or product by A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. guarantee to be free from defects caused by faulty material or poor workmanship, for a period of two (2) year after delivery . NO PRODUCT IS WARRANTED TO BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR APPLICATION. The warranty is void if the buyer damages the item due to misuse, abuse, modification, processing, or integration with other items. A.ST.I.M.’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the obligation to replace or, at its sole option, to credit buyer’s account up to the purchase price. For what is not included in this document see art. 1490 c.c. and followings referring sold warranty. REPAIRS – RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) An RMA number is assigned to process returned products, whether the product is under warranty or out of warranty. During all reparation step a RMA number inspection could be done. RMA’s and product returns must be coordinated through A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. Client Services department or through its partner. Return deliveries may be delayed or refused if an RMA number has not been obtained prior to the equipment for boat being returned. An RMA does not constitute approval for services to be rendered. International returns must be coordinated in advance of shipment in order to adhere to import requirements. ARBITRATION For any claim relating the validity, interpretation, execution or resolution of all the commercial agreements concerning this document, only Ravenna Court will be competent. NOTE The use of PEGASO system implies the purchase and the insertion to its inside of a SIM card it activates and with sufficient credit prepaid, or connected to an opportune contract of mobile telephony. A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. doesn’t provide SIM phone for boat cards. The consumption of the prepaid credit as the cost of the SMSs and the traffic GPRS depends on the select operator. The correct operation of PEGASO is subordinate to the operation of the net of mobile telephony of the used manager and the coverage from it declared. A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. is not responsible of damages to things or people, of the theft and other that can be derived from referable causes or connected to the services disbursed by the select manager of mobile telephony. PRIVACY According to Italian low D.Lgs. 196/2003 “Codice in material di protezione dei dati personali” (personal data treatment Code) we inform you that your personal data which you freely supply will be registered on paper and on electronically files in total respect of the security rules that protect your reserve and they will be only used for commercial, marketing reasons or for agreement between you and A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. partner and/or appointed American or Italian Agency to achieve any license requested. Such details could be communicate at consultants in charge of law duties (book-keeping, fiscal, administrative). At any time, in according with the Italian art. 7 (Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti – treatment of personal data right and other rights) of D.Lgs above, you can access at you personal data, ask modifies and cancellation in accord with the law. The information into and/or linked at this document are reserved and can’t be disclose at third party. According to law about copyright and civil code, the reproduction of this material or of a part of this is not allowed as it belongs exclusively at A.ST.I.M. S.r.l. or at this representatives.
