ARG3 ARGO I RIRE DRIVE & OPTIONS
NAUTIC
The Combustion Engine
The clssic propolsion option with a fuel
powered outboard (B) and a fuel
tank (A) safely stored in a com-
partment at the bow.
The space underneath the seat is
available for equipment and baggage
whereas it is occupied by batteries in
the eDrive options.
Still this drive option is very efficient
due to the light weight compared to the
eDrive options with heavy batteries.
This is not only resulting in good
performance with relatively low engine
power but also low fuel consumption
and emissions.
The eDRIVE
A battery compartment under seat
accomodates 2 to 5 MASTERVOLT
Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries
(C), which are not only extraordinarily
powerful but also safe.
Independent chargers for each battery
guarantee a fast and optimized
charging controlled via the MasterBus
System.
The drive itself is the innovative
BIBER Electro Outboard (D) with a
it's powerful brushless AC motor.
Besides the unbeatable environmental
friendliness and an efficiency over 80%
this drive is above all very silent and
low vibrating.
The Part-Time-Hybrid
In this version RIRE is prepared for as
well conventional cumbution engine as
the eDrive. The compartment for the
El tank (A) is at the bow and the
lattery compartment under the seat.
For propulsion either the fuel
powered (B) or the electro outboard
(D) are used alternatively.
Biggest advantage is that the weight of
the drive not in use will not be carried
in the boat. This does, especially with
smaller boats, improve as well
performance as energy consumption
drastically.
