| Swlg^g^j^ijg^i^e^tejl^stabilization and trim control system for high-speed vessels. inTRAC actua-tor§ are mounted on the transom, flush with the bottom. To create lift, the inTRAC actuator extends a blade downward into the flow of water. The blade's intrusicm^reates a high-pressure zone in front -si the actuator that creates lift. Depending upon controller configuration, the lift can be used to reduce roll or pitch. The actuator is primarily of composite construction with stainless hardware. Position of the actuator blade is controlled by a specially designed hydraulic cylinder of all-stainless construction. Rod scrapers are fitted to keep the rod clean. An internal spring keeps the actuator and rod retracted while not in use. inTRAC utilizes standard TRAC digital controls and LCD user panels. TRAC's 3-term control software instantly detects changes in trim and roll and adjusts the actuator for needed lift. Operation of inTRAC is simple and intuitive, requiring single touch commands on the user panel to select desired function. inTRAC actuators are built for heavy-duty service. Materials and fasteners are chosen for corrosion and wear resistance in demanding environments. |
