Why Aqua House is better than the rest

Right from the start, it was thecompany`s aim to manufacture just the best quality and thus deli-ver a product that meets the hig- hest standards.Epoxy resin proved to be one ofthe most water resistant mater- ials. Furthermore, it has outstan- ding mechanical features. To- gether with a honey-comb core, which permits all existing exten- sions, the plate for the production of pontoons and boat hulls deve- loped by Aqua House is unreval-led.Also the kind of glueing is unsur-passed. Instead of working with resin and glass fibre binder inside and outside, Aqua House glues the plates together internally at all necessary points. This results in smooth outer surfaces, which need no additional grinding or levelling. The inner cavities at theadhesive junctions are filled with thick resin which results in a mas-sive shock-proof and unbreaka- blecompound.Another advantage of this dou-ble-walled building method is, that the rooms inside of the pon- toon are spared from condensati- on water. Hence the complete pontoon may be used to stow things away.In direct comparison to steel pon-toons, which rust and produce condensation water, the honey-comb sandwich plate with its millions of unconnected cavities cannot sink, which is cle- arly a benefit. The pres- sure- and tensile loads of the honey-comb sand- wich plate are higher than those made of steel. Because of the low weight, ballast may be put into the lowest place in order to keep down the centre of gravity and to obtain the optimum seaworthiness. In comparison to con-crete pontoons which are extremely heavy and therefore sink in deeply and often show a limited free board, epoxy resin pontoons are light andbecause of their slight draught usable in situations unreachable by other systems. Furthermore, concrete pontoons almost never offer storage room. Concrete tends to assimilate water because of its porous surface which free-zes in winter and causes the con- crete to burst. The walls of a house have to comeup to completely different demands, which is why Aqua Epoxy resin plate, strengthened with fibreglass fabric House developed the revolutio-nary granite resin plates. This completely new material is made of a foam core with double-sided jute coating impregnated in gra- nite resin. Thus the produced pla- te is light, high-strength and self- supporting. The heat-insulation values are outstanding and better than the German low-energy- standard. The most important advantage is the non-flam- mability of the granite resin® pla- tes. These walls and the roof are gluedtogether, resulting in a closed homogeneous kasko that willnot separate or loose its water tightness even after decades of constant movement.Important details such as instal-lation of windows and doors aresolved in a new way. A clamp pro- file developed especially for Aqua House makes sure that a doublegasket to the house exists and materials may extend withoutshowing lacks.Together with the heat pump, also especially developed for Aqua House, for heating / cooling off and the completely biological purification plant, Aqua houses offer more quality and comfort than houses ashore. But the most important advanta-ge of Aqua House is the fact, that they listen to the customer. The company developed houses, that mainly because of their high qua- lity construction method, can be described as very reasonably pri- ced. The designs of the objects are made inside the company and developed in close co-operation with the customer. Thus ever- ything can be achived - starting with the sweet holiday house via extraordinary offices to the luxu- ry villa. Only imagination sets the limit.
