The Houseboat X1 The houseboat X1 has a pontoon area of 196 m2 with corbel of 16 x 16 m corresponding to 256 m2. The houseboat has entrance through the terrace and 8 doors. It has bedroom with bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room and spare room. All rooms have large sliding windows directly to the big terrace, where the overhang shadows a part of it. X1 is suitable for two persons as holiday sailboat house or permanent habitation.
