Financing AquaDomi™ can deliver new types of marble and granite from 2-5 mm thick on an aluminium-support. The thickness depends of the adhesive surface. This product makes it possible to design and use more untradi- tional sizes and patterns. Lightweight marble and granite from Divine Design Modules for the ground The pontoon is made in accordance with the technical regulative of the Danish Maritime Authority and approved by the international maritime authority. Add to this the very large durability that extends most pontoons on the market and low maintenance frequency. Also at hard winters you do not need special installations to avoid the pressure from the ice as the pon- toon is tested in areas with metre thick ice all through the winter. Interpretation of a houseboat states that it is not real property but a floating residence. AquaDomi™ houseboats are approved houseboats and comply with cur-rent rules hereof. AquaDomi™ issue a certificate of the houseboat for the user to document the purchase to the insurance company and the lender and the maritime authority. AquaDomi™ can deliver modules for location on the ground just as camp- ing cottages to hotel modules. The larger modules called “BIG” can be up to 5 floors high. Pontoon Water, waste water, electricity, telephone, common boat antenna and internet are connected to the public infrastructure just like a sailboat house on land. Infrastructure AquaDomi™ houseboats are available in varieties with light, medium and high insulation. The sailboat heating system can be placed in floors, walls or with an air warming system. Possible heating sources: Electric heating, gas-and oil burner, air warming pump for boat, district heating, marine solar panels, water heating pump and wood burn-ing marine stove. Air condition can be connected. can offer an especially produced Italian marble of a special lightweight type, Aqua- Domi™ marble tiles, mountable as well on the walls as on the floors. Outer materials can be AquaDomi™ profile, AquaDomi™ plane facades, AquaDomi™ stone facades or AquaDomi™, fibre facades, all available in many colour combinations. The boarding bridge and terraces are planked rifled AquaDomi™ terrace profiles, available in dark mahogany - and natural look. The stainless steel guard-rail, with laminated glass or white net as you know from the maritime. All outer materials are maintenance-free and only need washing some- times. The floors are as standard wooden floors like deck or laminate, but also in this area there is a wide range of opportunities. The kitchen is HTH or Svane in several combinations and likewise the bathroom environment and closets. If you require marble in the bathroom, AquaDomi™ AquaDomi™ houseboats consist of a number of rooms with different qualities and functions – living room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, which the habitant can freely put together for his/her individual wants and needs. The rooms have almost character of little individual cottages, which can combine a single larger house. There is a wide range of free materials available. AquaDomi™ the habitant is able to design his/her own setting of existence all the way through life. Arrangement Materials we have sought to take advantage of this freedom to make the most flexible resi-dence as possible. As the residence float on the water AquaDomi™ have to make our own gardens and terraces. It is possible to add terraces and yards where re- quired or just mounted to the roofing of the house. However, the liberty does not stop when you have moved into the house. If you later on need to expand or rearrange your residence, you can eas- ily add elements to it or rearrange the ones you already have. As the house marine floats on the water rather than standing on the ground it is possible to alter the spaciousness and rooms of your house. If you have children, for instance, you can easily add a unit. When the child becomes a teenager, the unit is connectable and changeable into an annex. Finally, the annex is removable and be the beginning of a new residence when the child leaves home. A home office and guest residence are equally addable. With The liberty of living on the water is besides the attractive surroundings the fact that the house is not stationary. With AquaDomi™ All Europe the boat harbour areas are changing.
