tough boats for tough jobs www.alnmaritec.co.uk Wave Controller Oil Pollution Control Vessel Hull Form The Wave Controller is an aluminium alloy shallow draft planing monohull using the Alnmaritec ‘Wave Line’ hull form and is designed for rapid response and oil pollution control operations. The Wave Controller is a fast, robust, harbour support craft designed to be capable of boom deployment, skimmer handling and dispersant spraying. To assist in these operations vessels are normally fitted with hydraulic crane, capstan and towing post (with quick release hook), as well as powerful floodlights for night-time operations powered by a small diesel generator. The boat can be tailored to suit individual customer needs with regard to propulsion, wheelhouse and upper deck arrangements..
