4-1 Board Technology
Board Component Tech
Autofit technology
Viewing the straps and pads as a single unit, we developed a system that can flex and form to fit each individual rider. By using a combination of densities in the footpad (higher densities in the high load area, and lower density in the other areas) we found we could increase instep support radically as well as overall load distribution into the base of the foot. At the same time the unique flex forming of the edges and center of the footstrap works in conjunction with the dual density inner layer, allowing the strap to mold to each individual riders
foot shapen. Fins
Developed to enhance the specific
performance requirements of each board, each fin features specific design characteristics based on target rider requirements.
Wake Fin
The raked back trailing edge allows the fin to be easily broken out when turning while the longer chord length offers more lateral resistance, for a given depth at lower board speeds.
Metro Fin
Developed to suit more advanced riders the Metro features a shorter chord length for less drag at higher speeds. The trailing edge features a small cutaway for increased grip with a more vertical overall angle for a more locked in ride.

Code Fin
Developed for our new school Hammer series, the Code features a raked back trailing edge with a cutaway for a locked in ride with maximum grip. The short chord limits the drag from the fin, while the swept back design optimizes turning.
